This is my 'Flat plan' of my content page, by doing this it helped me plan out my content page so that when creating the real content page i knew what features are important to include to help my content page successful.

After i collected the Results from my questionnaire i started to plan my front page cover for the college magazine 'aquinas' which will contain all the top voted aspects in the results from the questionnaire.

 

 

     In the above image the Crosses are marked down to show that i did not think were suitable for   the main image on a front page but the images with the ticks i chose as suitable for the front cover main image, the images with the crosses were either blurry, to far away or just not suitable for the main purpose of the magazine.

I believe that the images with the ticks are a good standard to be a main cover image as they all have direct eye contact with the camera, they were a good quality image and they also linked in with the purpose to attract the students to pay for the magazine and make them want to read it and be interested in wanting to know what content is inside.

These pie charts are the results from a questionnair that i put together and handed out to 10 people in a media class, i put the results into a pie chart so that the results are clear.

 

In the first pie chart i asked 'how often do you go shopping' the conclution was that the two most popular time to go shopping is, 'every weekend' and 'every fortnight'.

 

For the second pie chart i found that the most popular radio station was 'Capital FM' followed up by 'Radio 1'.

 

My results conclude that the majority of students in media have not yet got a part time job, as i found a low 1/10 has a part time job.

 

The chosen Genre that was the most popular was 'indi' closely followed up by 'chat based'.

 

My results concluded that the chosen subject that was the most favourite subject was 'media'.

 

For the 'favourite film' my results concluded that everyone that took the questionnaire had a different taste of film genre as all of the named films were differnt, no one picked the same film.

 

For the seventh pie chart the results concluded that the most favourite TV programme by far was 'The Big Bang Theory'

 

The results concluded that the most used social networking site was 'Twitter' closely followed by 'instagram'.

 

The clothing brand that the results show is the most popular is 'topshop' nearly have the results was for 'topshop' showing that the brand is very popular within the 10 people that took the questionnaire.

 

And finally the 10th pie chart shows that the most popular hobbie was a tie, 'football' and 'dance' came in with 2 votes each and the rest with 1 each.
